I am back from the beach! Actually… got back a few days ago… just haven’t been in touch with technology. I’m still on vacation mode.
Anyways, some updates… not much, but I feel better. And I feel like I look a little better. I have to get back into doing things, no more vacation time!

Sigh. I know numbers on the scale should not matter, but still.
I have been doing some reps with 5-10lb weights. Maybe it’s muscle? I fit into clothes better, but numbers still get me down. :(
Anyway, I leave for Florida tonight! Woo! I will definitely have to watch what I eat, since I will be out and about with my folks, eating at different restaurants all the time.

Almost to week three! I’m thinking about doing this day over again, I get extremely tired at the end, and this heat sure doesn’t help. (Running around in 93-90 weather)
But anyway, I’m headed to the beach this weekend! Also, I have a bikini. I haven’t wore one in a while… but I have lost weight! I will have to weigh in tomorrow morning and post updates.

I run in the middle of the day due to my work schedule. 70-105 degrees and baking sunshine is not uncommon. I still get it done, and so do a lot of other people according to this runners’ world page. For some reason I still get told that I’m crazy for running outside…
