Looking for more videos and workouts to add to my day. Found this, although the music is creepy, it looks like a crazy 8 minutes haha. Anyone doing these? How do you guys like it?
I started using Zombies, Run! (again) this morning. I don’t know why it did not register my pace. :/ The second picture is using MapMyRUN, but I didn’t start it up until we turned around. (I forgot, oops)
But according to it, I lost 111 on the way back, so going there in the first place was around the same time and pace soooo, 222 calories burned? Hahah
Once I got back home, I cooked an egg and split a grapefruit with my boy. Feeling good. :)
Even though I’m all sore from yesterday, I pushed through and AT LEAST managed to do these two. (Hey look, I unlocked something!)
I really gotta try out the other ones, I just gotta clear out a bigger area for those that include a lot of jumping and jogging around and all of that good stuff.
I also took advantage of the Pocket Yoga app being free on the App store this weekend! I really want to try some yoga, get in some real good strechies and get some flexibility, ya know? ;) I think it’s still up for a free download, go go go and get it! I did one session and it tells you what to do, not just show you images. It also has many levels of difficulty for those who are already advanced. Doesn’t hurt to try. ;)
Well, since I haven’t been able to sleep all night, I guess I’ll get up and make some breakfast! I’m never up this early. I should start making it a habit though.
In all of that time of not sleeping I have been intrigued by the Paleo diet that I have seen many posts about. THIS page right here was very helpful and very simple to follow and understand. Check it out if you are also curious and exploring healthier ways of eating. I for one, HATE counting calories, and with this, you don’t have to worry so much about.
I’ll be making changes from now on, like cutting white rice and replacing it with veggies, making eggs for breakfast instead of having cereal, replacing candy/granola bars with fruits, and avoid FRIED FOODS!

Since I just started this tumblr blog, my dash is empty. :( I need more blogs to fill up my dash! Preferably some more personal, healthy, motivating, fitness blogs, to see what is working for you guys and to help me stay motivated. I need it, you need it, we all need it.
